Ragamuffin
Fischer, at 79 the doyen of Australian ocean racing, will commence his 44th season of ocean racing with the 467 nautical mile Sydney Mooloolaba Yacht Race, the opening race of the CYCA’s 2006-07 offshore calendar and the first event of the Club’s prestigious Blue Water Pointscore Series Fischer has won eight times since he began ocean racing in 1962. Ragamuffin, a Farr 50, is a proven performer which should again feature in the top five on IRC.
